How do I place my order? 

  • Just fill out the attached grocery form or click on the Place My Order button.

  • ​Fill in any special notes, requests, or preferences. 

  • Click the Submit button at the bottom of the form and it will be automatically

     emailed to me.

How much notice does Salt Air Services require?

  • I kindly ask that clients place their order 48 hours prior to their arrival. This will give me plenty of time to review the order, follow-up with any questions I may have and shop for your groceries! 

** Due to the high demand of the Summer season, services are provided on a first come, first serve basis. So be sure to make your reservations early **

Where do you shop?

  • I utilize local stores and farmers markets to bring you the freshest produce and premium meats and seafoods. If you have any preferences or special requests please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate.

How do deliveries work? 

  • I will work with you to deliver your groceries at your convenience. If you would like your groceries delivered prior to your arrival, I will make every effort to do so. I kindly ask that you contact your rental agency to notify them of our service letting them know we are delivering to your unit. I will then call your rental agency to confirm arrangements have been made.

How much do services cost?

  • Vacationers -  

    • Salt Air Services charges the actual cost of the groceries and other goods purchased plus a fee of 25% of  your purchase plus a $20 delivery fee.

  • Locals

    • Local residents will be charged the actual cost of the groceries and other goods purchased plus a fee of 20% of your purchase plus a $15 delivery fee.

  • If you would like to set up reoccurring deliveries, please contact me to discuss flat delivery fees.

  • Any other service will be billed at $30.00 per hour, billed in one hour increments plus the cost of any purchases. 

  • Cancellations MUST be made 24 hours prior to delivery. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% amount of the groceries and other purchases plus an additional 10% restocking fee. 

What types of payment do you accept?

  • Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are all accepted 

  • Client will be provided with an invoice plus receipts for groceries and other goods upon delivery of goods.

  • Payment is due on or within 48 hours of the date of service.
